(Plus, an autographed book from a local author makes a wonderful holiday gift!) The event is free; books are available for purchase. You’ll meet the following authors:
Paul Dotson, author of Never to Return: Marshall County Forever Changed, the true story of the building of Land Between the Lakes and the families whose lives were changed forever.
Barry Eysman, author of Candles for November, First Snap of Winter, a collection of horror stories, with a wide range of topics and styles dealing with darkness.
Taylor Harbin, author of Lunar Dawn, a tale of epic conquest. For decades, the planet, Seras, has been besieged by hordes of evil creatures or Demons. Known as the Holy Knight, Ephraim Jordan is a traveler and a defender of the human race against the Demon elite for the past seven years. This is the first of a trilogy.
Molly Harper, author of Nice Girls Don’t Have Fangs and Nice Girls Don’t Date Dead Men. This is a series of three books involving a librarian turned vampire and her romantic adventures.
Lillian Webb Taylor, author of Santa’s Musical Elves. This Christmas story in verse tells of Santa’s workshop activities and his elves’ musical participation in preparation for “the big night” of deliveries. The book also includes written music for the elves’ nonsensical songs.

This is the first year for Sunday Afternoon with the Authors. The library staff hopes to offer this event annually and other programs like it throughout the year.
